I am having difficulty to turn on the display. I have  attached real pictures of part , schematic of connection and data sheet that i have. could you please go through it and let me know what i have did wrong.

This is first time that i am using 64128K-COG-BA-BC display. But having difficulty to turn on the display. As the data sheet there A and k pins need to get connected. But we didn't find A and K pin on display. I have attached data sheet that we are referring and real images of display and My connections. Please help me on this.
