I come to you because we buy your reference display "DT035BTFT-TS" and we have a technical problem with this display.
Many of our customers have a white screen after a few week of use.
I use FT800 controller for this display
Do you have a solution for this problem?

Can you provide some more detail on your design/what you are interfacing with?
Have you switched out the display to verify whether the issue is related to the display or the controller?
Is it possible for you to probe the video signals to the display to verify that they are present?

We use this design with another display brand since 4 years with never problem.
I checked the video signal is good.

Does the problem remain after the unit is reset or power cycled?
Have you been able to trade the display with a working unit to see if the problem moves with the display?

After a unit reset (power OFF) the problem is the same.
After the change display, the display work again but after few week the display is white again.
We have HS displays if you want, I can send you this for testing.
